Yeah, he was favoring his side/ribs. If FSU loses, we will face their ace tomorrow. Since Henderson is going to pitch Small, I hope we face FSU.

6-1 Samford. Looks like we will be facing Parrish in an elimination game tomorrow.

I feel like that's fine. I would rather face Samford in Game 3 over OU. And I would rather beat OU twice than FSU twice.

Or we lose and we can look forward to next year.

I thought the cowbell story was strange but FSU sings "O Canada" during the bottom of every 5th inning cause they sang it once in 1988 and came back to win the game. They got dudes wearing Canada hockey jerseys in the stands.

You’re right. Henderson is a horrible bullpen manager. He’s demonstrated it all season long. It’s like beating a dead horse.

FSU just doesn't look as good as I thought they would. If Samford gets another run or two, it will be tough on FSU to pull this out. And dang if Army and Troy won today. Could be some real surprises come Omaha time. SEC did relatively well considering. Guess I will have to pull for Army since that was my branch and my daughter is currently deployed to Kuwait.

I fully expect us to look like a completely different team tomorrow and win, then follow it up by losing 15-3 to OU/Samford the next game. This team is bipolar as hell.

I agree and I would much rather use Small on FSU than on Samford. I say that knowing that Henderson was going to pitch Small regardless of who the opponent is.

My "better watch out for teams" prior to the tourney were Morehead State, Samford, Stetson, TennTech, and Houston. I think all won but Morhead and TennTech was postponed. I missed on Army and a couple other surprises. Had no idea the Cadets could go to NCState and whoop them good. Think that was likely the biggest upset of the day. For whatever reason, I just wasn't feeling it for us this weekend. Maybe the Dogs will surprise me with their backs to the wall.......hope so anyway.

I know we are going to get a big time hire for our coaching job, but if/when Casey Dunn decides to coach big time college baseball someone is going to get a damn good coach.

He's comfortable in the area because he's from this area, but any Top 30-50 program in the southeast would be dumb not to call him.
