I agree, but I wouldn't hold my breath on getting a similar response from the message board "game thread" coaches.

Hindu's leadership ability and maturity have been crucial for this team, especially given the void that Cann left in those areas. He deserves credit no doubt, despite his litany of boneheaded managerial decisions.

Totally agree. He is a good HC and maybe a great pitching coach.....but maybe not a great HC. He won't be our coach, but that is NO reason to bash him, when he's forgotten more about baseball strategy than this board, sixpack board, and Gene's board combined. He did things certain ways because he knew our players well. He was there at practice every day. We were not. Thank him and let him either move on or let the new head guy decide whether to retain him. I personally would love for him to come back under the new HC. And he was a great representative for MSU. He has nothing but my respect!
