She was supposedly waiting until A&M's graduation to announce, but I would think that's already passed?

She will announce sooner than previously expected. She went to Jamaica to spend her b-day and may announce sometime this coming month

This. She's still on A&M's dime and didn't feel it would be appropriate to announce before she has graduated.
