For whatever reason, he wants to give baseball another shot. I will say he didn't strike out so he was at least hitting the ball. I hope he gets out of it whatever he wants. He is getting to play on the same team as his son so if nothing else, he is spending some quality time that most adults don't get to.

I’m just mad because he could do so much more for the game of baseball by running camps in MS (or wherever) and hanging around Starkville in a box or whatever. Same with Polk honestly, he’s over there bebopping around at UAB being dumb. Lack of potential achieved, all due to delusion. Unfortunately the two posters above you have absolutely no reading comprehension and accused me of trashing him. I’m trying to help the brother out

He is also doing something he loves to do, play baseball. It was interesting hearing Coach Moorhead last week talk about driving back home after getting cut from an arena league team. He said he pretty much cried all the way home because he knew that was the last time he would play QB. Most of the time, playing sports has a small shelf life. He is getting to still get out there and spend some time with his son. He has enough money that he can afford to do whatever he wants and right now he wants to still get out there. More power to him.

You've had an extreme hard on for negativity of late. Yesterday it was we don't have a snowball's chance in hell on the road in a regional this year cuz we've sucked on the road this year.
