She absolutely played for Ole Miss last year, she has already played her freshman year in college. It is quite clear that we stole her from Ole Miss...literally.

She blocked more shots in fewer minutes than McCowan did last year. And shot over 60% while posting 8.3 ppg and 6 rpg in just 23 minutes/game.

She is very, very good.

She did, and was pretty much the best player on their team as a freshman. She will have to sit out a year and will then have three to play three.

Isn't the normal rule 2 unless you are released? Is UM releasing her because the coach was fired or something? Or is it standard to grant releases in women's sports?

She won't be announcing until she graduates in the summer out of respect to A&M, but while I have no insider information, most of the people in the know seem to think that she's coming our way.

WOW... what a steal. Yes she played this past year and was on the SEC Freshmen team. We beat out TCU, Baylor and Texas A&M. She wants to be a Veterinarian.

Didn't read the article, just the headline in today's "Tupelo Daily Inferno", but the new UNM women's coach says she is not worried about the 6 transfers that they have lost. Sounds like the webels have another real winner!*
