He batted Jordan Anderson in that spot once. ONCE! And Anderson before almost beating out two ground balls in that game was then PH for by asshole Henderson and Vansau was put in. To be honest with a non baseball person, if MSU had not suffered Der Zorn Gottes with the pitching staff two years ago, we would be playing Florida for the SEC title and for the overall #1 seed in the nation - even if I was the coach and I had Dan Mullen's girlfriend on my lap in dugout

But with 2 years of improvisational pitching we are actually lucky to be a bubble team. Ethan Small gave us a great year and has been the only TJ to return from injury to contribute like a star player. We actually have other injured pitchers that weren't TJs that quit the team or have bad hips

We may not actually have a normal pitching situation until 2020 or 2021. Depending on how many recruits actually show up on campus next fall. Only one walk-on freshman showed up last year.

Today’s game is a must win if we want to go to Hoover. We have to stay at least a game ahead of Mizzou/Tennessee to have a chance.
