Yes...just to throw it in the face of the NCAA.

Considering what that kid has been put through, what he has endured, and silently sat there and taken it for almost two years - HELL YES.

We should send him out first, driving a brand new Mustang, followed by the rest of the team. Hell, Stricklin could even turn it into an advertisement, "Starkville Lincoln Ford Mercury, Where Every Dollar Counts!"

Bracky's response "Pull him...sacrifice him to the NCAA gods. BANNED FROM FOOTBALL FOREVAHHHHHHHHHHHH."

I'd rather see him showing out and having fun if the game allows. Throw him a ball. Run him in a trick play. Return kicks, etc. Let the him have fun. HE DESERVES IT!!

He should get a year back

given the NCAA's recent penalties I'll bet he wouldn't have gotten more than a 6 game suspension from them ... I'll bet they are setting back and laughing at our "self-imposed" penalty of another year

I don't want to thumb our noses at the NCAA at this point. Let them do their OM thing while they are in MS with very little interference or prodding from us.

Would love to see him take the opening kick though....

The way he has handled everything I say let him return kicks or punts if we get a comfortable lead. I hope he sees a lot of playing time starting Satruday. We really need to move Cox to safety and let Redmond play his spot at corner back.

it wouldn't shock me to see him returning the opening kickoff. those types of determinations won't be made until late in the week, but it wouldn't shock me at all.

I think you are already underestimating him as a playmaker here. Good chance he'd have been deep for us on opening day had he been eligible...

100% chance he would've been deep for us on game one last year had he been eligible.

He should run out of the tunnel carrying a big ass flag that has the middle finger drawn on it with Bracky underneath.

I love this! I can just see Jim Ed on the Jumbotron now saying that.... followed by the doofus at Premier saying "I don't lie to you"
