Jack DeFoor must be smarter than the average Bear if he was able to get into Georgia Tech after having been at Ole Miss.

And like clockwork, you can cue the replies of "you're obsessed" and "you and Tom Mars are best friends" and my favorite one "they all suck anyway and Ole Miss won't miss them!"

This is going to be a huge blow to their depth and is going to really affect them in 2019 and 2020.

Let’s check out that top 10 2016 recruiting class now entering the 2018 season...
Also with the new rules on scholarships in play, the attrition they have had, those 2 subpar 2017 and 2018 classes they signed , the probation with the limitations on visits thru the 2020 season and that shit of a staff I would say things aren’t all on the up and up in Oxford.

So can we now put to bed the notion that they were 'slapped on the wrist'?

They got decimated from where they were in 2015

They deserve the death penalty.

They deserve the death penalty.

Or pretty close to it. They should have been set back 10 years. I would say that they probably got set back 4-5.

The decimation received was mostly due to having their Brand tarnished due to the length of time, harsh media stories, Tunsil story with the agents, beating up his step dad, bong night, NFL Draft Night Gate, Suing college athletes, Lying to croots about the investigation, Bill Mars, trying to 17 Shea (that one will bite their ass once he graduates), and finally Freezus Gate. And thus having to settle for "Big Tits" as the HC.

But yea, USCw deserves an explanation.

Stop. Big picture, the loss of scholarships is the most damaging sanction, and they were docked 13. THIRTEEN!

People say the NCAA's ruling was a slap on the wrist, because it WAS a slap on the wrist. Yes, they have the bowl bans. Yes they have the visit restrictions. Yes they the cloud led to a shitty class last year. But the inability to field a full team of scholarship players in year 3 and 4 of probation is where the sanctions really deep dick you for years to come. OM will definitely suck for the next couple of years (Matt Luke will see to it, regardless of the NCAA stuff), but they won't be dressing nearly as many walk-ons as they would've had they received a much larger scholly penalty.

Truth.

Indeed, lol. In hearing the OM/NCAA news, USCw admin. was like...

Oh it was for sure a slap on the wrist for what all they did. I still can’t believe that lying sack of shit Freze got off like he did.
But they are still behind the eight ball for the next few years and with the head coach and staff there now it may take even longer.
And speaking of transfers, saw where Javon Patterson the OL graduated early this spring... hummmmm do I smell a grad transfer??
Hey kid get out of there, go somewhere so you can play in a bowl game .. just saying..

I'm shocked anyone here believes OM got hammered by the NCAA.

I was surprised that J Patterson did not transfer after this past season.
