We need 2 wins to guarantee a winning season. With 6 against UF and UK it's going to be tough, but we should get a nice SOS bump and a nice RPI bump with any win.

Also, we have to be careful because we are still in a precarious position for the SEC Tournament with our tough schedule.

Bama mathematically is still alive but basically out with only 6 conference wins.

Mizzou has 9 conference wins so 2 behind us. They play SC and UT in their final 2 series.

Tennessee has 10 conference wins. They play Vandy and UT in their final 2 series.

Then we have a 3 way tie at 11 wins with Vandy and UK.

Lot of baseball to watch this weekend as there will be a lot of tournament seeding in play and jostling for NCAA positions.

Mizzou and Tennessee may cannibalize each other.

We need to make the SEC Tournament and have a winning record. Of course we probably won't make the SEC Tournament if we lose our next six anyway so that's probably moot. Our win was huge tonight as far as getting to 28 and 29.

Need to bring out the type effort and results that were present against the Hogs. Gonna be real tough though. Our last 6 are tougher than any other SEC team we are competing against to get into the tourneys. Wish Florida would rest all their stud pitchers since they are practically locked, but I'm sure Stricklin will give Sullivan a bonus if they sweep us.*****

Most of our losses this year have been because of coaching. Essentially at this point winning two out of six puts us on the bubble but we will still have the SEC Tournament to go to make some noise.
