I put some dry rub baby back ribs in the oven around 1:30- about to put some bbq sauce on them and let them cook some more, they'll be done soon.

Crab boiled some sheepshead that we caught yesterday and used it as “lump crab” on filets tonight.

Yeah, I usually go there now and occasionally Rouse?s just because it?s more convenient on the way home. Rick?s Meat Hook in Long Beach has some great stuff, but he?s gotten a little pricey.

I wish there was a good butcher between Pass and Kiln. I like Rouses meat better, but Claiborne is more convenient and usually has better prices
