....Men's Tennis set to play undefeated TAMU on SEC TV at Tuscaloosa for all the marbles. Not a big 3 chance, but IMO, a next level down championship. While tennis may or may not be a sport you like, it is really big nationwide........ kind of like golf. This is the 2nd year in a row we will play for the SECC in tennis. Give that coach a raise!! TAMU is some kind of tough and is the only blemish on our SEC record this year. Gonna take our A-Game all the way to upset the Aggies! Go Dogs!!

#1 doubles match broke serve on first game of the set. MSU up 3-2 and serving on that court.

Court 2 tied at 2 and court 3 TAMU up 3-1

Lost court 3. Just broke on Court 2 after TAMU broke us. Down 4-5 on that court but serving. Just got broken on court 1 to go back to 5-5. Gonna be a crazy doubles finish.

Definitely needed the doubles point as we won the doubles point against them in the recent regular season matchup on the road and still lost the match 5-2. I just did a little research and the Aggies are 22-4 and ranked #5 with losses to #2 UCLA, #3 Ohio State, #7 TCU, and #14 Oklahoma. We are 19-2 and ranked #9 with losses to #5 Texas A&M and #17 Oklahoma State, both on the road.

This guy Borges is playing is no joke. Kid is ranked #7 in college in singles as a freshman. Borges for those that don't know is ranked #2

Currently up in 4 matches and down in 2. In the 4 we are up in, 2 of those we have broken a point. In the 2 we are down, only one is a break and that's the Borges match. So far so good.

If you've never watched Nuno Borges play tennis, even on tv, you need to find a way to make it happen. Dude is good. He's gonna play professionally. Just broke his opponent back and is serving to even his match.

Rakic just lost the first set of his match 6-2

For the first set, we are up in 3, down in 1, tied in 1, and lost 1

MSU up in 3 matches, down in 4 going into the 2nd sets. We need to win 3 matches to win this thing.

Came back and won that one. Up in 3 matches going to the 2nd sets. Wish we were up in 4 but if we hold the lead in all 3 we win.

Amazing to be able to watch Bulldog Tennis from 10 hours away. Dawgs are looking alright so far, but TAMU is really good. Gonna be close

Living and working in NC. Loved going to the matches in college, but I’ve had to follow them on twitter since I moved this way. Nice to be able to watch one on TV.

Foshey just won his serve. He's going to have to break once to have a chance.

Looks like it will come down to whether Foshey can pull out Singles #6. Oradini up 3-0 in his third set.

Holy cow, what a match. Foshey was incredible. Have to wonder how much we’ll move up for the NCAAs. I’m guessing anywhere from #6 to #8.

what's our national rank? if I'm mistaken, are there not better teams in the Pac 10 and Big 12 than the ones in the SEC?

Here are the latest men’s rankings. Before that match, TAMU was 5th and we were 9th. Tournament selections on Tuesday.

Ladies are ranked 31st, should be a #2 seed somewhere.
