Doubt the NBA will cooperate, but they may. The one and done was mostly to save them from themselves. Get a year's look at high school players and see who pans out.
If NBA doesn't cooperate the NCAA will have to put some real teeth in punishment if they are serious about reform. So far they have not been willing to do that imo.

All college sports should follow the baseball rule when it comes to being drafted - eligible after 3 years, you don't have to declare, you can negotiate a contract, and if the deal doesn't work for you, you stay in college. No harm no foul.

Agreed, but the problem is that it is not up to the NCAA. The various pro leagues get to decide and they don't have anyone's best interest in mind but their own.
