Let's face it, this baseball team is playing really well right now, but it's one of our most marginally talented teams in the history of the program.

But Ole Miss' best team can't beat'em.

It's hilarious. In a wasted year for us with no coach, they still can't beat us.

Our approach at the plate has turned a complete 180. We're having smart at-bats while being aggressive when necessary. I would've never thought this team could turn it around so quickly. Now let's go win a series this weekend.

Luke Alexander is from Belmont, MS. Last year C34 started calling him Belmont and saying he couldn't hit IIRC. He's now walked off OM twice for us.

I'm stunned they put Mangum on. Yes he's good. Really good. And he gets you into a double play situation if you walk him. But putting the winning run on base with 2-3-4 coming up? You might go for the unintentional intentional walk and make him chase something, but to just straight up put him on? I was stunned by that decision.

It has to be because he got in their head from the previous series....I know a lot of fans had been blowing him up for not walking him the last time, and my few OM buddies said the same thing.

His name is Luke Alexander, and he is a student athlete who represents our university to the best of his abilities on and off the field. Can't understand why some on here can't get that. Instead of marginally talented, why don't you try to be halfway correct and say young. Four freshmen starting and the rest juniors with one junior playing his first year for us. In the history of the program? LOL ...........Why don't you wait until the end of the year to see if it is a wasted year?
