screwed in a sense that they got away with murder and are pissed they have to wear an ankle bracelet for a few years. I just hope they get caught violating the unofficial visits shit.

O/M will get the decision of the Appeals Committee one day before public release....if they got it Friday. the world will see it Monday.

POST-ORAL ARGUMENT PROCEDURES AND POLICIES.
a. The Infractions Appeals Committee shall act on an appeal by majority
vote of the members present and voting.
b. The decision of the Infractions Appeals Committee is final and shall not
be subject to further review by any other authority.
c. The Infractions Appeals Committee's final written decision shall be sent
to the appellant institution/individual and all other appropriate parties
involved one day prior to the public release.
d. The Infractions Appeals Committee will announce its final decision publicly
in coordination with the NCAA's public relations staff.

Isn't the only "bad" response that their appeal was denied? Nothing really groundbreaking set to come out or am I missing something about the process?

My opinion is we will learn the names of the "disassociated boosters" and that will be about the only thing new to come from the appeal committee's decision. The appeal committee is restricted by the rules and can only act on a finding of procedural error or a finding of factual error.
