It?s the games that aren?t popular enough to be on tv so basically low level P5 matchups and other crappy matchups.

Nope...this is all online based and I believe they're going to try to bring more live events over to ESPN+.

For now....rumors circulating that they're going to try and push everything to the ESPN+ side to recoup costs from cord cutting.

I believe this is what ESPN+ is aimed at, focused on live events and hopefully less on political fodder.
