OM being good as a team doesn't mean that our team has not improved. Just because they had more hits than us doesn't mean that we didn't hit better than we have done. There is no correlation. Our biggest improvement over the weekend was situational hitting. Timely hits. And this is what we have needed the most.

Not to mention that Ole Miss benefitted some from Henderson keeping Gordon in the game too long and should have started Smith in the 9th. We also had just as many extra base hits as Ole Miss did in game three- both of us had two doubles and a home run.
