I think Cohen is likely going to go one of two ways about this:

1. We're either going to get a big name home run hire.

2. We're going to get someone with a resume' that is comparable to Cann except maybe with some head coaching experience.

I think Cohen will only go with one of his old assistants if he misses out on the home run hires and he can't find someone that is an up and comer with a good enough background and resume'.
