I?m sure it shows up correctly in full size view. They spell us out as Mississippi State, and only Mississippi appears in mobile view due to size issues.

Most media shorten it with "Miss. St." which is fine with me. I was in upper Michigan once and a college student ask me where I went to school? I replied Miss. State. He then said....ohhhh......you're one of those Rebels!! Needless to say a correction conversation followed.

I'm on my lap top and it says "Mississippi". I expanded it too.

^^ This. It's wrong in my browser as well.

When you click the link it open up to a correct layout of the teams, though. It could be a limit on the number of characters they are able to display on the bracket itself. I think "Miss. St." would work though.

I guess our athletics department is going to have to assign someone full time to sending emails to folks to screw stuff up.

I didn?t know anyone used Bing before this moment. Maybe there is hope for Yahoo, AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, Lycos, webcrawler, hotbot, etc.

I commented on this when Bing first posted their bracket page. I even emailed the idiots to request an update to the page. No response. Bing suxs anyway.

Only way to get this stuff to stop happening is to start owning the usage for both names and then Ole Miss folk will make sure it stops happening

Click on "Mississippi" and everything's right. It's probably that way in the bracket box because they've never heard of Ole Miss, or at least don't see them as being synonymous with Mississippi.
