From the multiple games I've seen him ref in person he always tries to steal the limelight from the players and make the game about him and then during every break in the game goes over to the more popular head coach and chats it up with them during the entire break. Does it all the time. That's not "professional" imo and shows an obvious bias towards whose getting the calls that game. Watch him it's impossible not to since he always makes the game about himself.

Wow that was ridiculous. I'm shocked he didn't complete it with a T on the player for putting the ball down when he finally turned around and asked for the ball.
