Com'n Rocket Buddy, the award is for the best college women's BB player. It is like the Connerly trophy for football outstanding player, the Hull trophy (named after our Kent Hull). Victoria has won this award 4 years in a row, nobody else has won it 3 times. Google Ms, Sports Hall of Fame, it's a special place and does good things.
