For the 2nd week in a row our ESPN3 of the girls game has been blocked. We are Xfinity cable and use a Roku stick to get ESPN3 on our big TV. Can anybody help me with information about getting around the block? It is blocked on my laptop too. I'd just go to the game, but its 5 hours away.

Thanks! Hail State!

Never mind guys, my wife the genius got a free 7 day subscription to Sling TV, which is carrying the game. She asked if we wanted to make it regular at 20/mo. and I said it was unnecessary since the regular season ends Sunday. Could be a good resource in the future.

I can't imagine why they would block it way over there. Looks like I'm able to get it tonight on Roku and I'm closer than you are. I have Dish.

Can you stream it on phone or laptop and play on TV?

You know Rocket, we pay extra for the SEC Network and we cannot understand it either. When it started and we bought it we understood we would have pretty much unlimited access to SEC games. However, my little Italian wife is on this and she has brought Xfinity to their knees before! I promise you, I would rather face Saladin and 30,000 Muslims in ancient Jerusalem 1187 AD, than face her in a conflict. Hell, my little Italian wife would make Canny a believer and she cooks real good!

Haha! I'll bet she gets it solved, and quickly. I'd hate to be on the other end of her ire. :) And yes, there's no reason they should black out any of the SEC Network programming.

Thanks SailingDawg for your response, I looked on my laptop but it was blocked also and yes we have provisions to use the TV as a monitor for the laptop

Sounds to me like you're just having an issue with your comcast email info when it asks you for it. Do you know your xfinity email and password? Maybe you're putting in the incorrect info and it's not giving you access because of it.

Running into the same thing. I have a directv subscription with included SECN and AT&T isp but it’s saying I’m not authorized to watch. First time that’s ever happened.

Thanks 61 for your response, we have everything with our account (and everything else) securely stored and we are sure this is not an issue. We have rebooted, re authenticated and spent 1.5 hour on the phone with customer service. The good news is we are enjoying the game thanks to a free Sling deal.
