You can tell from the people that he has been able to surround himself with that he has a vision that he can communicate very effectively.

Joe has hired a very diverse and deep staff. The sign of a great leader is to surround yourself with great people. Just watch how Joe carries himself. The man exudes confidence. It's not the brash, arrogant, I know everything type, it's that quiet, self assured, I know how to get the job done, type confidence.

Just think - after we beat the brakes off UF this year - Jones can walk up to Lateral Move and say “that’s twice I’ve beaten your a$$ in this stadium” and could end it with “but this time you were at least wearing pants”!

I like the fact that we have a former HC running our ST and then we have Boniol coaching the kickers.
