That owner must be getting help from lawyers. They are going to in up being sued themselves and they are going to end up with the wrong judge and get their ass handed to them.

To be honest I am very surprise this Message Board and SPS hasn't been sued.

The Rags guy is insane. There were 88 text messages between he and Barney, all during official visit weekends that Leo was in Oxfart. What else would they be communicating about other than setting kids up for free gear?

I can't imagine what he hopes to gain by sueing either one of them.

Remember Barney Farrar, Hugh Freeze and other coaches stand to be called for depositions. There could be a whole lot of discovery that the NCAA might be real interested in, especially since they have become enjoined in the suit.

This is getting crazy- and headed for mutually assured destruction. OM will get absolutely destroyed if this continues- and we will get some shrapnel also

They really will be surprised what State people have on them that can be proven in a court of law

Is it illegal stuff, or just things that are against NCAA rules?

The NCAA is also a billion dollar entity. They can hire really good lawyers.

No joke... I don't believe they want certain people on the witness stand.

Warren is trying to sell his skybox on the spirit. Haha. Good luck. How can you sell something that doesn't belong to you? It's basically a lease. But he guy is a dumbass so there's that.

There is no chance any of the involved parties wants this go to court...

Not sure this has been posted, but doesn?t this now give the NCAA subpoena power? Being named in a lawsuit should give them the opportunity to subpoena Ole Miss in anything case related.

Am I correct on that? If so doesn?t that mean Ole Miss just signed their death warrant?

I am starting to believe this NCAA investigation is actually just a very odd money laundering scheme.

Look what was added this AM..... The attorney amended the original lawsuit......

With a Tort claim there is a statue of limitations.... So he amended Lindsey Miller's case AGAIN...
