A few weeks back I entered a food recipe contest sponsored by Cavit wines, hoping to win a trip to Italy.

My entry was a recipe for Cannelloni. To be considered for the Italy trip prize, the recipe must fall within the 3 top voted recipes, between February 1 and March 31. The top three vote getters will be evaluated by a group of food professionals, with their selection receiving the prize.

At the moment, my recipe is in first place, but three other recipes are closing on me and if I cant accumulate another (maybe 1000)votes by March 31st, they will likely pass me and I will be out of the running for consideration.

Would you guys please click on the link below and vote for me? You can vote once a day, for the next 45 days.

If you would support my effort, there would be no way the other recipes could catch up.

Thanks for your help. I really would love to take my wife to Italy. You could help out an old retired bulldog by doing this.

It has been a good day. My first place lead is more solid. Still a long time to go, but looking good.

I picked up about 250 votes today and second place guy picked up 200 +-. He had been kicking my butt in votes the past few days
