They can’t handle ball pressure period. Our biggest mistake today was not doing what we did in the first game. You get in the passing lanes and he should have put Peters on Geist and Weatherspoon on Robertson. You never let Mizzou set up in their half court offense. You apply ball pressure out front from Peters and Weatherspoon and you turn those into turnovers and breakaway layups. We had what maybe 2-4 breakaway points against them today and they had 3 turnovers in the first half? That’s a recipe to lose to them. We turned them over 19 times in the first game and I think only turned them over 13-14 times this game. Needed more defensive pressure in the first half and we would have beaten them. You can’t let them set up in the half court. They are too good playing their game especially at home.
