tampering investigation at MSU. Sid Salter is quoted as saying both Federal and State investigators are involved. WTH?

My thought as well, but the way WTVA worded it it sounds serious. That being said WTVA is the broadcast equivalent of the Daily Journal when it comes to UM/MSU. It's a UM mouthpiece.
