After the new dude is done. Looking at some images online, blue bell park has a great entrance.

South Carolina’s stadium looks good but has zero atmosphere and the people sing a weird, hipster non-baseball song during the 7th inning stretch

1. New Dudy Noble
2. Blue Bell Ballpark

I?ve been to most of them.

I?m not going to include the New Dude because I haven?t seen a game there.

1. South Carolina
2. Arkansas
3. LSU
4. Ole Miss
5. Texas
6. Dallas Baptist, A&M, or Rice. A&M?s is nice on the outside but dated on inside.

1. Baum Stadium
2. Founders park
3. Alex Box (I don't understand the hype this place gets, brand new park that's mostly bleacher? Only at LSU)
4. Blue Bell
5. Swayze (all corporate, nothing unique at all about that place)
6. Sewell Thomas (nice park, no atmosphere)
7. Plainsman (fun place when they are good, park is nice too)

412. Louisiana Lafayette stadium (not fun, no seats, fan are awful)

Love how you throw shade on Swayze but yet they are still in your top 5. Ha

To be quite honest, theres no place outside of the SEC that can get crowds like we in the conference do. I'm also just going by the ones I have been too.

I'd probably flip Blue Bell above the Disch. The open concourse at A&M makes a huge difference. I think this feature is going to be one of the most noticeable improvements from the old Dude to the new Dude. I agree that the benches in the upper grandstand at Blue Bell give it a dated feel compared to all chairbacks at Texas. Also, that giant longhorn logo on the field at the Disch is super tacky and makes the turf look extra cheap.

1. The New Dude
2. The Old Dude
3. The field before The Old Dude - hearing Boo Ferris talk about the hedges in the outfield was interesting
4. Omaha
5. Everywhere else sucks

BTW, I just looked at Baum stadiums future stadium expansion, it might be a pretty good arms race between us and Arky for best stadium in the Country year after year.

Right now it's

1. South Cackalacky
2. Arkansas
3. Maybe Swazye
4. Sewell Thomas
5. Alex Box

In about 6 weeks it'll be -

1. The new and Improve DNF and everyone else will slide down.

I'll say this, I think UNC as a neat little stadium too.

Sewell thomas? Not crazy about it. Spent a lot of money for not a great stadium imo. But hell, they don't care anyway

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I was down there for a series a couple years ago and left highly underwhelmed. I think a program like LSU should have done much better than they did. They started from scratch in a brand new location and ended up with a stadium containing more bleacher seats than chairbacks, a fractured flow between seating areas and non-symmetrical seating in the outfield that goes highly unnoticed due to the distraction of the minor league-ish quality and quantity of crappy advertisements on the outfield wall. It's better than the old Alex Box and has a high capacity, but that's about it. I think they really dropped the ball on what they could have built.

I'd rank:

1. The New Dude
2. Founders Park (South Carolina)
3. Baum Stadium (Arkansas)
4. Haymarket Park (Nebraska)
5. Swayze Field (Mississippi)

I'd have Blue Bell Park (A&M) in the top 5.

I agree with this list. Rice is nice.
