For a while there has been big Kayak clubs in Mobile (MKFC) and Louisiana (BCKFC) but nothing in MS. That has changed. Membership is $25 a year and it?s a nonprofit organization. There is a monthly meet up and fish and monthly meetings. The next fish out is Saturday March 3rd in Biloxi Back Bay and the next meeting is Feb 20th at Gil?s Fish Camp Grill in Ocean Springs. They rotate East and West side fish outs and meetings. Tournaments are coming. It?s a brand new club. Im a member and hopefully when things at my house calms down I?ll be able to participate. I?d encourage any of you coast dogs like Ruckus or Speck to go check out a fish out or meeting and grab some beers. Both events are open to non members. See if it?s something you?d like.
