I know that this has been covered a few times, but which online sportsbook does everyone recommend? And are there any that should be avoided? I have used Bovada in the past, but I don't like how they don't post lines until Tuesday night and a lot of times they won't post a line for certain games at all.

5Dimes is the only one I've ever used. CFB lines post Sun. night.

No issues with payouts via Moneygram.
