The announcers were right, if you can win four minute segments of the half you can win basketball games. Props to Peters for playing up to his potential and firing up everyone else. We did and we won by 18. Howland should burn the first half film and forget about it. No need to look at that. To have been able to tie it up with a lot of time left in the game was remarkable. We just couldn’t get over the Hump and get a lead. I felt like if we had just gotten a lead we would have won. We didn’t so we lost. I thought Peters should have taken over the game and he gave it to Q and Q missed the three pointer. Peters needs to shoot that. I thought he had it in rhythm but he passed it to Q. I take it back what I said earlier. We absolutely need Peters and we need to start him. We need to bench Carter and start Peters. Exactly, most teams get beat on the road by 30. Our play in the second gives me hope that we are turning the corner. Man we have some negative fans. How can you blame the Spoons. Q got fouled on the three and his layup. I think we will continue to get better.

X has now been suspended twice this season and he transferred from his first school. Problem is without him and with Ado in foul trouble, we were forced to play Feazell and Datcher a combined 38 minutes.

When I think of X, I think of unnecessary fouls, taking NBA range shots, and pouting when he is taken out vs. his energy off the bench. He could be a good role player if he would accept his role and quit being suspended. Is he now on strike 2 of 3 and gone?

Difference in game was points on TO's.... BAMA scored 19 points on 16 MSU TO's... while MSU only score 6 on 11 BAMA TO's... Spoon Bros accounted for 50% of MSU's TO's...

I'll agree. but remember He isn't a point guard--we are asking Him to be the leader. on 2 of the TO's he was fouled. The other Ado bumbled the ball away. If Peter's steps up then Q can play where He is supposed to. The play that hurt was the steal where Q loses control on the layup and had to pas back the Nick where he missed the layup-then I believe it wasn't Q who touched the ball out of bounds underneath the goal. I'll stick by and ride or die with Q at crunch time. The person that handles the ball alot and tries to make plays has more turnovers than the dude that sits and the 3 point line and jacks them up.
