I saw one of the MSU recruiting site guys say we offered a Starkville player, but I can?t find it now. Anyone know who it was? It was one of the better sourced guys if I recall correctly.

It was actually a mix-up.

The kid got an offer from the "bulldogs" and thought it was MSU.

later he went back & reported it was La Tech

I know that MSU is kinda upside down right now but it seems like it would be hard to live in Starkville and get offered by a school other than MSU and to be confused about who offered you. Weird.

As an aside, it seems like with only one MSU recruiting board that matters anymore that there wouldn't be a rush to post bad information. Seems like the quality of the information should get better too. Just a thought.
