Lets quit being so critical and just get behind this team. After the Rick Ray dark ages we have a team that is 13-1.

Bottom Line: This team is very good defensively. Offense comes and goes, but consistent defense can win you a lot of ball games. I know we haven't been shooting very well from 3, but heck, how many teams could say we shot 19% from the arch and missed 16 FTs against a top 25 team ranked top 5 in RPI and still WON THE GAME.

This team is still young but are growing, showing great chemistry, and has great leadership with Q, X, and Holman. We are playing this well with one of our most talented players still slumping (Peters).

I am not saying we will win the Sec and be a top 3 seed. But this team has potential and plays hard. That is all I can ask for.

Stansbury made us a consistent program in the SEC by preaching defense and rebounding. We were a NCAA team when we had good 3 point threats and good low post. You might not always have your shots falling but defense and rebounding is about effort.
