pretty sure you'll be able to find some tickets outside of the stadium. I bet there's only 22k in attendance.

If you want a certain area or seats, you might want to get them ahead of time. But it’ll be a free fornall outside the stadium if you don’t care where you sit.

Orange Bowl tickets were being sold for $15 at game.

2013 wife and I bought tickets on StubHub and got lucky 35 yard line 30 rows up for $10.00 ea. The seller was a bowl board member from Jacksonville. He threw in a preferred parking slot right next to the stadium.
