... and what's exciting is that we also have 7 games against teams in the top 17 in RPI as Mizzou, aTm, Bama, UT and Arky all reside at 17 or better. If we can get on a roll (or keep the roll going) once conference play starts, the sky is the limit for Howland's squad. Can't wait for SEC play to begin!!!

They heavily weight an undefeated record this early in the season. Our SOS is bad. So once we lose, we'll drop quite a bit. But yes, it's definitely good that the SEC is much stronger.

But unlike in years past, the SEC offers opportunities to re-coup that drop if/when it happens. If we can somehow find a way to win 10 SEC games, our RPI should be good enough with 21 wins to gain a spot in the Big Dance.
