Please forgive me for making such an off topic post but I really need some help.
I have a client that had their domain placed on client hold status (no site, no emails, etc). It's been like this for 48 hours and the company they registered the domain with will not respond to any request for help.
This company is a reseller for tucows.com. When we call tucows.com they have messages that say contact the reseller but of course they will not respond.
I looked them up and I could not believe it but they show an office in Starkville of all places.
Does anyone have a contact they are willing to share? Anyone that would be willing to speak with me via phone or email? We've exhausted all of our options and I'm grasping at straws now.
Any help would be hugely appreciated. I'll give you all my vcash!
