If Moorhead were to announce his full staff today and coaches running bowl prep were not part of it, can our new coaches recruit before the bowl? How does this work?

Once they take the NCAA recruiting test ( I think they have to take it every year) then yes they can.

So we can have a full staff recruiting and another staff to just coach bowl game at the same time?
