@AntonioCMorales
Can confirm the Spirit's report that Shea Patterson has been granted permission to explore a transfer from Ole Miss.

More than one rumor says Michigan or UCLA. I don’t know.

I was expecting this one. Will take more for me to get excited.

Think he was good as gone once Matt Luke got the job. They can spin it as a good thing cause tamu blah blah... Patterson is a stud and will do well wherever he lands. Has a unique skill set for sure. Have a feeling tamu is going to have a tougher time next season now that there is a good bit of film out on him.

Does his brother get to keep his job? (said in my Butch Mcrae voice)

5-0 has the job next year even if Shea stays. He's gotta leave.

I think Bama and A&M were his finalists. We were never in it. I bet Jimbo gives him a call.

He doesn't come to state but I think many of the 2016 are probably thinking hiring lawyers to get the NCAA to allow them to leave and play because of the misleading Ole Miss did to sign them.

Jefferson, Benito Jones, and that corner would be HUGE.

Call him anyway. I do not take Twitter statements as fact. Like I said though, Jefferson more likely.

Ole Miss is blocking every transfer to the SEC or to any of the schools on their schedule the next two years. I would think they do this for all of the transfers.

They cannot block senior transfers. I bet the NCAA would allow pretty much anyone a free transfer if they apply

Not sure why this keeps getting misconstrued... that is the normal way but with this case any can request for immediate playing time and all are suppose to be granted.
