I’m sure Prewitt will possibly get a call if they miss on a couple hc maybe venables he knows the acc. Not a whole lot of quality head guys I’d look at over some of the coordinators out there.. maybe gundy or Morris? They really got screwed this late in the process.

Bear couldn?t do it. Stallings, Bellard, Sherrill, Slocum, Franchione, Sherman, nor Sumlin could do it. Lots of 10 win seasons, followed by 8-9 for 3 or 4 years, no titles. Really. Look at that list of names. Jimbo ain?t gonna gig em there either.

As much as they want, or pay, TAMU will never be cool. They?ll never be Texas or OU... and they will never be thought of as an SEC school. Not sure this hire changes anything. I expect to finish above them most years even with Jimbo
