A Penn State media person threw out a $5 million projected figure. I would think $3 to $3.5 million. I hightly doubt it will be less than $3 million. Guess we will see.

I believe their office is next door to Little Dooey on University Drive. I have known Gary Shafer for a long time. Great guy. Just partnered with two other licensed architects. Amazing that Starkville has an office with that many architects. You should check them out.

He'll be fine either way. He bought that house at a low number. It's worth way more than he paid so there is a lot of flexibility to sell it.

No, he BOUGHT the house next door to him for his in-laws, and moved them to Starkville from wherever they were. I guess he'll have to do the same in Gainsville.

We will start him at $3.5M and raise him based on performance or whatever it takes to stay ahead of what Mississippi pays Fat Matt. Luke starts at $3M with a $100K/year increase over the 4 year life of the the contract with incentives.
