- Ability to put together a staff that can/recruit.
- MSU is a very personal and tight knit fan base. He needs to be able to rally the troops and that want be hard at the current state of the program.
- What about understanding how serious things are in the south and especially the SEC.
- Does he need to be an existing HC? I don't think so and here's why. I like the idea of guys building their resume. Why, they tend to want to do it with success and do it right, except Hugh Freeze.
- I'm leaning to getting a 1st time head coach and him going about his 1st gig with his hair on fire. We've got enough players here and if we can keep most of those 18 recruits we'll be a handful.
