Are we even looking at this guy? Ive always been a huge fan of his. I know hes had probably the worst season of his career this year with his QB leaving early and the injuries but this guy always seems to win big in places that normally don?t do that and he can defiantly deveolp QBs, look at Austin Davis and Mitch Trubisky.

I think Fedora is probably as much to blame for USM becoming a dumpster fire as Ellis Johnson is. Didn't they go 3-9 this year? Sounds to me like a guy that can coach but has no idea how to recruit.
