Mississippi State isn't the school it used to be. We've changed the culture. People that are currently attending State and younger only remember the Mullen years, and we've been consistently good (relatively) for a long time.
Mullen was a good coach. He helped raised those expectations, but our athletic department also helped raised those expectations.
He shopped himself every off season and could never win the big game. I'll only remember Mullen for ALMOST being a great coach. Like i said, he raised expectations, now lets go get a coach that can knock off the big dogs. Cohen is a winner, he hates losing. He had a slam dunk hire with Cann, and I know he will do the same with the next hire.
