we are losing 21-16 to Jacksonville St. Our half court offense is the worst I've ever seen. We just throw crappy shots up over and over and never have anyone in position to rebound. Its no wonder our shooting percentage is so horrible most of the time.

I don't understand losing to a team like this. Everyone on our team is 'ranked' higher than their best player. It's pitiful.

RPI sits at 59 currently. We need to win all of the non conference games except Cincy. Thats probably an automatic L. The NIT is a definite possibility.

Well just being honest, a win is good but hard to get pumped up over a 3 point win against Jacksonville State. We looked pretty rough for most of the game.

I can only assume that none of you were at the game or even watched it...Jacksonville State was a tourney team last year. They are a better basketball team than SFA.

I will agree that our shooting has somehow disappeared...I think it's mental at this point and we will be OK there. What I got excited about was a team that didn't give up when things weren't falling for them and have demonstrated they can turn a game around by playing tough defense.

Our last 2 opponents are not worldbeaters, but they are solid teams that will be in the tourney or challenge to be. We beat them both without a starter, and not shooting well. I feel better about our team than I have in a while

We will eventually shoot better. Our inside game is so much better with Ado. The Spoon brothers are damn good. My only concern is that Peters seems to get in trouble too often.
