Lol @ Florida. Remember when you dummies ran off the 2nd best coach in the country? You are getting what you deserve.

To me not as good of a job but he is obviously more comfortable on the West Coast. My other team will put an end to him in that town. Fight On!!!!

There is a lesson here... all of you that are ready to move on from Mullen, Florida (f?n Florida!!!) cannot beat our UCLA for a coach.

Well we're not firing Dan after winning the West two times either.

Just a collossal embarrassment by Florida all the way around.

Yeah I was upset when Strick left us but looking back with what I know now we dodged a real bullet. We have a great AD now that’s not going anywhere and (according to rumors) isn’t afraid to open the pocket book to keep a good coach. He knows how to do this because he was a good coach. If Strick was still here we wouldn’t even be in the conversation to keep Mullen I bet.

Proof positive that fit matters to a lot of coaches.

I love how everyone said 2 weeks ago that Stricklin wasn?t making this hire to now laughing because he couldn?t get Kelly.

Totally agree. UCLA is a significantly better job for Chip Kelly. It may not be a better job for most coaches. But it is for Chip Kelly. It's a much better fit for him than Florida.

Hahaha. That's a good point. If Stricklin wasn't making the hire, as everyone on here said, then Stricklin hasn't missed on anyone.

Oh he isn't making the hire but he will be the fall guy. Kelly and Dan are good friends and let's just say a phone call was made earlier this week to ask about Strick.

I like this. Seems as though Cohen is looser with the money. Got to spend it to make it. LT and Strick didn't learn that.

You have to remember who told the Ninja that Mullen was the guy for the job as soon as the interview was over. Its funny how things work out but Cohen as AD has his football coach.
