I wasn't sure how they would do without Dillingham but it looks like they are a stronger team than last year.

It's going to seem strange to see her sitting on the sidelines for the entire games and not getting to play. But I'm glad she decided to come here to work. Her rah-rah attitude will keep them pumped up. She's a great kid.

Coleman was a pleasant surprise, she actually had more minutes that Big T . I see where they are thinking about Myah (sp?) and her redshirting, looks like we have arrived if we are starting to redshirt 5 stars.

What happened to Amisha Williams, see that she is not on the team now?

Campbell, I think, and not Coleman......She played great last night. There are not many holes on the offensive end of the court. All the newcomers should be up to speed on how Vic likes to play "d" by Christmas. Victoria is playing with much better shot selection in the first two games, makes us much better as a team.

Post Game interview, Vic said Williams was having some off the court issues if my memory is correct. Don't hold me to exactly what he said......

Redshirting a 5-Star, who would have guessed.....She is behind Morgan and Holmes at PG and we also have a 5-Star PG transfer from Arkansas (Danberry) that will be eligible to play at the break.

Thanks for correcting me, terrible with names. I agree on all your other observations. Victoria besides being a helluva athlete is so damm basketball smart.

I was actually a little concerned that we might have a drop off this year, and not because we blew that team out last night, but seeing the added pieces we should have fun again this year.

Yep, and would have been a lot worse. They had one 6 minute dry spell.
They are going to be very good!

I hope Ameshya is back with the team soon. She's the player I have been most excited about since last year. Very athletic Mississippi player that can be a great change of pace backing up McCowan, or compliment McCowan at the 4 if we want to go big. Campbell got the run she did due to Ameshya Williams' absence, and although she filled in nicely, we really need Ameshya's size and versatility to keep McCowan fresh & out of foul trouble. Without her we are extremely thin in the post.
