Let me explain. We are BOMBARDED with a flood of info on 2018 recruits, 2019 recruits. Who is visiting, where they are leaning, their HS stats etc. Let's let some of that pass before we move on to 2020.

If we want to get better as a fan base, we have to start caring about guys 2 years down the road. Welcome to the world of college football as it currently stands. We need to know these kids. Yeah it sucks if they commit early and we lose them. Part of today's game.

I've said for a couple of years that we have to get better as a fan base at recruiting and knowing kids. We have many that don't realize all it takes is a quick google search to find a kid on 24/7 and see what's up. If you talk to the fan bases that recruit big, their fans that are plugged in know these kids years out. Bama fans are obsessed with recruiting. We aren't and it shows on the majority of our public forums. Too many "I've never heard of that kid" or "I don't know anything about that kid" in written form on our sites. And I guarantee you that's used against us either formally or informally during recruiting.
