As someone that has spent the majority of '17 outside the USA, this is true of any foreign land. Things that we take for granted are not the same elsewhere, like having a lawyer or not being subject to intense interrogation, and I'm not talking about 3rd world countries either.

Seems like UCLA should have prepared their guys letting them know that things aren't the same over the ocean. They really shouldn't need to tell them not to steal though.
