Need Firefox help

My computer updated a few months ago to windows 10 and ever since my firefox has been screwed up. Now when I turn on my computer I get a message about I don't have VCRUNTIME accelotar. Does anyone know what this is?

Is it "VCRUNTIME140.DLL is missing" is it? If it is go to the link below and follow the install instructions.

It's safe. It's the one recommended by the Microsoft Community website. It basically fixes any bugs such as the lost DLL's. I had to do it when I lost the VCRUNTIME140.DLL on my laptop.
