I probably missed it (sorry if I did), but can someone explain to me the difference between HailStateTakes and TruMaroonTakeover?

Are these two separate entities (not sure what to call them) that use the same material, or the same entity under two different websites?

Exactly what are they "taking over"? Just seems like an odd name to me.

We joined up together. Podcast is still "13&34" though so that's still the same.
