Astros win first World Series title in 7 games....

Was an amazing series despite game 7 lacking the back and forth excitement of most of the rest of series. Stros pulled of a feat that was hypothetically predicted by sports illustrated in June 2014.

Hats off to the ballclub and team. Watched and followed Astros since I knew what baseball was and lived in Houston starting out from State. That city has been through some tough times and now they have something to celebrate.

I grew up going to Astros games. I remember them drafting Springer and getting some of these other guys. Watching them put a team together, I was thinking it’d be neat if it worked out, but there was a good chance it wouldn’t. Even this year, you thought maybe it could happen, but there were a lot of other good teams too. Really happy for the city of Houston.

Yes it was always going 7. These teams were so evenly matched that alot of pundits only gave the edge to the dodgers cause of the the homefield advantage. What really hurt the dodgers was the early use of the bullpen and starting Darvish last night.
